Tile and Grout Cleaning

Fairway can quickly and effectively restore your tile and grout. Grout is porous and absorbs soils easily. While daily mopping removes surface dirt, repeated wetting over time will discolor grout.

We will apply a rapid release cleaning solution to the tile and grout; then with the patented Turbo grout cleaning system, a 1200 psi whirling jet will clean the toughest stains while simultaneously vacuuming the dirt and water away.

After cleaning, protect your grout by sealing it. The sealer is invisible but inhibits soils from penetrating the surface. This makes tile maintenance much easier and more effective.
